USA Rugby has advertised for a part-time head coach for its national women’s 7s team for 2010 as Sue Parker’s initial term comes to an end. Parker was initially appointed till the end of this year and USA Rugby are now advertising the position which is up for re-hire.

The IRB Asian Sevens Series in Borneo this weekend will feature the four national women’s teams from Malaysia (pictured left), Thailand, Guam and India. The event is being held at the Likas Stadium in Kota Kinabalu from Oct 31 to November 1.

Ireland and Scotland are planning a fixture in December as part of preparations for next year's Six Nations. With Wales and England also playing in the coming months, it’s a busy period for the international game in Europe. England are set to play three fixtures against New Zealand in November, France will play Canada while Wales will take on Sweden. Finland and Norway will also do battle this weekend.
