You wait for so long for it to finally start, and then, before you know it, it’s over.Trying to find any non-rugby related time for yourself over this period of time is near impossible. Your ‘normal’ life is thrown into chaos! I am currently living out of a bag, waiting for my next trip to the airport. Every minute of the day is taken up with thoughts; analysis and reflection from the last game, and ways by which to better yourself in preparation for the next. You try not to let it take over your life - but it doe. And I for one wouldn’t change it.
The women’s rugby coaches of Wales and Ireland have both made a raft of tactical changes ahead of their clash on Friday night. The two teams come into the game desperate for a win after losses in the last round. Ireland put up a brave fight against England but were outscored three tries to one while Wales fell short in France.First to Ireland where Kevin West has made a number of changes ahead of the home fixture for the Irish.

The draw for the women’s Hong Kong 7s competition has been made. The event, which takes place on the weekend of March 26 sees the national teams from a range of Asian nations competing as well as invitational teams from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

The success of women such as rugby star Heather Moyse at the Winter Olympics has put the spotlight on women's sports at the highest levels in Canada. Team members of Canda's women's rugby squad over the past four years have paid over £20,000 to represent their country. Meghan Mutrie reports as Rugby Canada attempt to attract sponsors and funding.

The Canada women’s rugby tour of New Zealand has been cancelled. The tour was due to be take place in April with Canada playing the Black Ferns twice. It had been touted by the NZRU as the main build-up games for the World Cup for the Black Ferns, whose main representative competition, the NPC, was axed by the union due to financial constraints earlier this year.
