It has now been confirmed by World Rugby that World Cup matches not shown live by broadcasters with rights to the World Cup, which starts on Wednesday, should be available on live stream on the World Cup website.
In a statement to Scrumqueens, World Rugby have now said that:
“Games not shown by ITV/S4C [in the UK] will be live streamed.
The same for NBC in the United States.
In France both France Television & Eurosport will be joint broadcasters in the territory.
