In the Wales camp there is just one change experienced prop Jenny Davies(pictured)comes off the bench to start against Scotland.
In Irelands case, Doyle said that the quick turnaround and a great first day performance in the win over Italy meant no need for changes.
"We have a brand new squad this season and we capped a lot of new players last weekend. We have a very short turnaround time this week and we felt the need for continuity and to bed in the combinations."
"The French are a big challenge and it will be a stern test for some of the new girls but we are looking forward to playing in Ashbourne as we have been getting great support there in recent seasons"
Ireland beat France two years ago at Ashbourne.
Meanwhile Wales coach Kris de Scossa has named just one change after seeing his side beaten against England.
Experienced Waterloo prop Jenny Davies has been recalled to the team.
The loosehead prop, who will earn her 47th cap against the Scots, comes in for Bath Ladies Caryl Thomas who moves to the bench.
While Scotland have made seven changes to their starting line-up, Wales head coach Kris de Scossa has given his young team a vote of confidence and kept his changes to a minimum.
Were viewing this Six Nations as a platform to move forward and this is the first stage in putting those building blocks into place. Were sticking with the squad which gave such a solid performance against England and we will re-look at the extended after the Scotland game.
