The Wasps 7s is in its first year and will see men's and women's sides take part in the one day competition at the club's training ground in Acton. It's £100 to enter for each team and there's a BBQ and full bar after the tournament. Camping is available on request. Contact waspsladies@gmail.com

The popular Summer Social returns to Richmond in May - with support from Scrumqueens it promises to be, as ever, a brilliant day of rugby, music and partying.
