Scrumqueens partners BT Sport & Rugby World

Scrumqueens.com, the world’s leading independent women’s rugby website, has secured two new exciting content sharing partnerships for the upcoming season, spreading the coverage and promotion of the game to new audiences around the world.

This season Scrumqueens.com will provide regular content on the women’s game to BT Sport’s newly launched website and to globally renowned rugby magazine Rugby World.

Starting this week, editor Ali Donnelly will contribute a regular blog to the Women in Sport section ofhttp://sport.bt.comwhich will focus exclusively on the English Women’s Premiership. The first piece will launch on the site on Saturday, September 7, on the eve of this season's competition.

The eight-team competition will this year be more exciting than ever, with the country’s top players vying for a place in England’s World Cup squad next summer.

Starting in November, Ali will also provide a double page spread forRugby Worldmagazine with a feature interview with players from around the world of the women’s game, as well as news and highlights from the global game.

These pages will take a look at the global women’s 15s and 7s game as we head into a hugely exciting year of international women’s rugby. With an expanded World Sevens Series circuit kicking off in December and with the Women’s Rugby World Cup on the horizon, there’s sure to be plenty to talk about.

Scrumqueens.com has also provided content for next IRB World Rugby Yearbook 2014.
