The Netherlands have 18 professional women's players based in Amsterdam in a centralised programme which is supported bythe council of Amsterdam and the Dutch OlympicCommittee.
The job description states an aim of having the Netherlands become a top four side in the world.
The team did not finish in the top eight at the recent World Cup and as a result lost their place as a core side in the IRB Women's Sevens World Series. They are likely though to be part of at least three rounds of the six-leg series next season.
