The 2012 NACRA Sevens which also doubles as the regions qualifier for next years World Cup will see six teams compete for the last remaining spot in the North America/Caribbean region.
With USA already qualified, Canada will be the favourites to win the tournament taking place on home soil on August 25/26
Canada are joined by Trinidad & Tobago, Cayman Islands, Mexico, Jamaica and Guyana.
The format of the tournament, which is being played alongside the mens qualifiers, sees all six teams play each other over the two days, playing three matches on the first day and two on the second.
At the conclusion of the round robin games there will be a straight final between the top two teams, to decide who goes through to the RWC Sevens in 2013 and join the USA from the region.
The third and fourth place teams will also play off, as too the fifth and sixth, to decide overall positions.
