Scrumqueens Team of the Six Nations

It has?˜not been an easy task by any means, with some of the most notable players and leading scorers?˜just missing out, highlighting the competitiveness of the competition.?˜?˜

A key part of?˜the only opposition?˜pack that trully neutralised the French threat, but was also at the heart of an impressive Italian defensive that got better and better as the tournament went on. There are more subtle number 8s in the game but probably none as powerful and threatening with ball in hand. N??Diaye is the key go-to player in the French pack and the French management may rue not starting her in the loss to Italy.?˜?˜and?˜?˜were also superb this season.

By far the most experienced scrum-half in the tournament. Has been outstanding for some years, and her performances this year were an object lesson for the other number nines on the scene at the moment. is also developing very well.?˜

With Marjorie?˜Mayans away with the sevens, Poublan at last had a chance to make the position her own. She was everywhere, setting an example to the youthful and inexperienced French backline. A wonderful step, she was often the catalyst that set up opportunities for the rest of the team.

exemplary as demonstrated both with her hatrick againt Scotland, and her completion of a wonderful back move against Wales. England??s was another winger of note this year - always dangerous given any space.
