The next step I feel must be an Under 20 side at national level and this for me is a must in order to develop those younger players?and get them ready for the national side.
For me though I am afraid it is hard to see past New Zealand again. They have a pack now with size and mobility at the same time and with the inclusion of some of their 7s stars I think they could be too powerful for the rest.
