Welsh development paying off

Wales have not been afraid to test out new talent in the national shirt and this year's Six Nations squad features a raft of young and new faces, which?˜Tuttiett is excited about.

"The new national squad attracted some headlines

Tuttiett adds, are in a very positive place ahead of their opening game of the competition against Italy.

"

"It was great to have the game against?˜the Nomads as a warmup last week. It?˜highlighted a number of areas to work on, as did the game against the Regional Select the week before. We??ll make sure we put the mistakes we made right to set us to start the Six Nations. The games allowed the new players to show that they can make the step up to the national squad, and it??s the first time I can honestly say that when the substitutions came on, it didn??t have any affect on the structure."

Also for Wales this year is the prospect of the World Cup, where they have pooled France, Australia and South Africa.
