Bristol and Irish prop Gillian Bourke has been named the winner of the competition run by Akuma and ourselves where entrants were asked to design a women's fit playing jersey.
The winning shirt was picked anonymously from hundreds of entries and Gillian wins an entire set of kit for 7s squad.
Bourke said: "I dont know what to say, Im absolutely speechless! To be honest, I never win anything. I could be the only one in a race and there would still be a stewards enquiry! Its very unlike my luck but Im absolutely delighted. Its amazing!! Thank you so much to Akuma Rugby and Scrumqueens. It really is great to see the support for womens rugby continually growing. Scrumqueen's coverage of the womens game has certainly provided an honest and truthful perspective of the game, and its brilliant that Akuma have designed a womens fit kit that girls can feel comfortable in when playing."
Well done to Gillian and thanks to all who entered!
