Tickets for the Women's Rugby World Cup have gone on sale in France.

The top 12 nations of the world will compete in the Women's World Cup of Rugby, to be held in France from 1 to 17 August 2014.

40,000 tickets to the semi-finals (13 August 2014), third-place and final (17 August) games of the competition at Stade Jean Bouin in Paris are available from the FFR website's Ticket section.  Each ticket will give spectators access to all games on each day scheduled at Stade Jean Bouin, involving the four semi-finalists based on the outcome in the group stage. Prices will be €5-€20 for games in the 13th, and €5-€25 for the 17th.

Pierre Camou, President of the FFR, said : " With the Women's World Cup of Rugby, the purpose of the FFR is to organize an international high-level competition, but also to promote women's rugby. That is why we want to offer fans a great feast of rugby women during two exceptional days which that will close the competition: Spectators at the Jean Bouin stadium will indeed insurance to attend these matches involving the top four nations in the world, plus - whatever its ranking at the end of the group stage - the team of France ."
