France and England meet on Saturday to decide the title.
France scored 10 tries in their huge win, the second time this week a novice looking Spanish side have been beaten by a 60 point margin.
France were on the scoreboard after just seven minutes with winger Fanny Griselin raced over out wide. Hooker Laetitia Salles was next to go over with France dominiating the first half, crossing the line six times in all. There were further scores from Jessy Tremoulire, Cecilia Saubusse, Safi N'Diaye, Assa Koita, Pauline Raymond and Aurelie Bailon.
Spain did hit over a penalty from Irene Schiavon in the second half.
It has been a tough tournament for Spain, who took a squad to the tournament featuring more than 15 uncapped players, and they will look to bounce back in the final game against Italy this weekend.
England ran in six tries in their 32-8 win over Italy.
Bristols Sally Tuson, on just her second cap, ran in a brace of tries, while Harriet Millar-Mills, Lydia Thompson, another new cap, Danielle Waterman and Rowena Burnfield all crossed Italys line. Englands defence also stood up to a tough test with a feisty Italian side pushing England throughout the game.
Italy took the lead early in the game with a penalty inside two minutes from Veronica Schiavon, but England dominated the scoreboard from there on in.
The game saw three yellow cards brandished, England lost Millar-Mills and Gemma Sharples while Sara Barattin spent ten minutes on the sidelines for Italy.
Italy scored a try through Anna Barbanti late on but it was simply consolation as England secured their second win of the tournament.
